Hello! I am Tony Carapella – a long time Central New York native and avid wildlife photographer. I have been on a 10 year journey learning about birding and photography and thought I would like to share some of the fun that we have. I have just recently retired so I can devote more of my time to my birding and my grandkids who I will be bringing along on future trips.

My mission is simple; I not only want to show you the bird, but I want to also bring you along the journey. I have made many new friends along the way, and will introduce them in many of my entries.
